A chargeable event involves calling, sending an SMS, using data, or incurring other costs. If you use your giffgaff balance to buy a goodybag bundle, this bundle will expire after 30 days unless stated otherwise.
You need to use the giffgaff services at least once every 6 months. If you fail to do this, your SIM card will be deactivated. If this happens, you will lose any remaining top-up or bundle balance connected with your mobile phone number.
